10/10 Emotionally charged. Brought me to tears more than once.
10/10 Captivating in so many ways. Memorable. The book spans generations and touches on ethical issues.
6/10 Good plot but too predictable. Missing substance.
7/10 The book had a beautiful lead up to the end. And then it let me down. I guess I just expected more because the plot was so engaging.
9/10 Dramatic in all the right ways. Intricate plot twists, dynamic characters, enough suspense to keep you turning pages...Oh my!
7/10 Took some getting used to with the chapters going back and forth between one life and the next. But made you feel good inside, knowing that everything in life happens just the way it does. All with reason.
8/10 Heartbreaking. Powerful. This is a story that has no happy ending. Makes you appreciate what you have in life. And love freely.
6/10 Slow buildup to an intense ending. Too many adverbs. Characters could have been more in-depth (more backstory).
Twisted and chilling. The opening chapter is gripping. You have to read to the last chapter to find out the truth. Powerful and raw.
